Why I love working at DSV......

DSV has always provided me with a secure work place. I've never felt like another number, being placed on the road with no regard to my well-being and home life. I truly feel like a part of a family. A family that will always provide solutions to my concerns as a person and a driver.

My driver manager Patricia and I are a team, working together in the best interest for our region and the company as a whole. The way it should be.

DSV is not your average trucking company. We are a top logistics company with trucks.

(There's a difference)

Great miles and great pay. The best company I've ever worked for.

I have been leased to DSV since May 2015. In the time I have been here, if any problems arise, all I have to do is call and they are there to assist in any way I need to get the job done. As long as you work hard and hustle, if you want to be successful, DSV has the tools to help you while still allowing you to be your own boss.

I've been leased with DSV since March of 2018. Excellent company to work for and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

Dispatchers are usually calling me with offers and keep me pre-dispatched at least a load out. Very rarely am I sitting. You're not just a number, you are part of a team. DSV cares about you. They are forgiving, you get to learn from your mistakes.

I chose DSV because I saw the opportunity to gain more experience. I stay because we haul more than just lumber and shingles. For the most part, I control my own paycheck. I like being able to run miles. For being a company driver, it's rare that a company lets you chart your own course.

It's nice to have the variety of freight, and oversize opportunities. The dispatchers approach you as teammates, we work together. Great communication. They like the equipment to be taken care of. No issues getting in for service or repairs. Great at working you home when you need to.
